Cancellation and early departure policy
- In case of cancellation before arrival, depending on the rate chosen : full refund
- From days before arrival granted - to no show : full amount charged
- Early departures: full amount charge.

Arrival, no show and early departure
Arrival must be on the designated day after the designated check in time. On arrival, identity documents from link received earlier of all persons occupying the room must have been registered. In case of delay, the Customer must give notice; otherwise, the room will be kept available until 10:00 a.m. the next day, after which, the manager will be free to rent the rooms to third parties.
The hotelier, in the event that the customer who has already stayed withdraws in advance from the agreed stay-excluding the case of documented force majeure-can demand from the customer the payment of the room for the entire period indicated in the reservation, except in cases of fault attributable to the hotelier or its officers.
